There is a wear groove from the old oil seal so you might need sleeve or offset to fix this. This 6 3/4 damper that was used on SBC were internally balanced 1964-85. The timing mark is lined up directly over the key way, So make sure you are using correct chain cover. I have a early Small block Chevy 6 3/4 harmonic balancer in good condition and all 3/8x24 pulley threads look good.There are no hammer marks on this damper the rubber looks to be shape.
