My book also calls these out as being for 1972-1974 Corvette 454 but it seems like this part number was used on 396 and 427 of earlier years, my might not have the full rundown vehicles that. This listing is for a box of new old stock GM studs to mount the windage tray on 454 Chevy engine, part number 3902885. Never used, in the GM box, probably 40 or more years old that's why I have them marked as used but can assure you these never been on an engine. My GM parts book calls these Crank Bearing Cap Stud 1/2x13 3/8 16x5 1/8 so they're main bearing cap bolts with the built in studs for windage tray.
